Who are we?

We are a passionate group of students from Ploiesti, Romania, who share a love for filmmaking and a special fondness for goats :). Our team is made up of high school and university students who believe in the power of storytelling to inspire change. We've come together to create a unique film festival that highlights the voices and visions of young filmmakers like us.

Why do we organize G.O.A.T?

G.O.A.T - Generating Opportunities for Artistic Talents - was born from our own dreams and experiences. We always wanted a contest that let us showcase our filmmaking skills, but we couldn't find one. So, we decided to create GOAT to give other students the chance we never had. We want to provide a platform for young filmmakers to promote their work, develop their talents, and engage with critical global topics.
